These are some scenes from the student made, short film: Phantastes. This film displays some of my more "thematical, musical work". Some sections explore older, compositional techniques that much more closely follow the beats of the film than what usual, modern-day composition does. Based off the novel, "Phantastes: A Faerie Romance" by George Macdonald.

Trailer for a video game I am a part of. All Music and SFX done by me. High impact, mixture of dance, old-school synthesisers and organs. Utilising quirky melodies and catchy harmony.

A display of my musical composition behind a documentary that had a lot of technical information that would otherwise lose the audience's interest. A Good example of how I can cover a lot of musical variation over a lot of content. There are also plenty of elements here that showcase my ability to capture micro-beats, as the emotional information changes over time.

Low Budget, student made film. Much earlier work of mine. Theme and variations explored here. Underworld, crime and justice style pieces with dark, modern infused synths and orchestral arrangements.

Award winning short film, Biscuit Dust. My composition work here won a nomination amongst 100 other international films. Entire audio department was covered by me. My music displays some work that captures the landscape of the film, as well as the emotional ties to the characters situation.

This was a documentary that was never released. I was asked to score it, however, there were political problems, and the film never went ahead. This was the pilot pitch for it. It features a broad use of musical genres that capture each moment in the trailer. Please excuse the low resolution, I only got my hands on the low-res version before things went south.

Rescore of a Westworld scene. An example of my synth and orchestral infusions. This also uses more classical composition approaches; writing the music close to the beat of the film, as appose to an underscore that slowly evolves over a long period of time. AKA: "John Williams vs Hanz Zimmer"
